North Star Kennel Club is hosting an in-person overdose response training led by The Steve Rummler HOPE Network. The training lasts about an hour and covers:
- How to recognize an opioid overdose
- What naloxone (Narcan) is and how it works
- How to properly administer naloxone during an overdose
- Information about Steve’s Law and Minnesota’s Good Samaritan and Naloxone Law
- …and more!
Dress code: Casual, street legal. Not a fetish event.
Cost: FREE — but please consider making a donation to the Steve Rummler HOPE Network instructors or the library itself (or get a library card!).
