This hands-on workshop dives into the raw, political power of collage—using headlines, images, and scraps to expose what lies beneath the surface. Inspired by O.B.’s mixed-media piece The Shock Doctrine, we’ll explore how media shapes public perception, and how art can reclaim the story.
Through guided exercises, discussion, and personal creation time, participants will deconstruct newsprint, remix found materials, and build protest-based collage art rooted in emotion, critique, and personal truth.
