Minnesota Leather Pride (MNLP) is a volunteer community organization. We collect only what we need to run events and keep people informed. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t run advertising on this site.
Visiting this website
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.
Monthly newsletter
If you sign up, we collect your name and email address. They’re stored in Mailchimp, which sends the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Submitting an event
The event form asks for your name, email address and optionally a phone number so the events team can reach you with questions. Your contact details aren’t shown on the website. The event information you submit (name, date, place, description and graphic) is published on the calendar once it’s approved. Submissions are kept in a private MNLP Google Sheet and are seen only by the events team.
Tickets and RSVPs
When you buy a ticket or RSVP, we collect your name and email address and which tickets you chose. Paid tickets are processed by Square, and MNLP never sees or stores your card number. Your details go into a private MNLP Google Sheet that we use for the door list and to email your confirmation. For private events, the address is sent only to ticket holders by email and is never posted on the website.
Who sees your information
Only the MNLP board members and volunteers who need it to run the event or send the newsletter, and the services named above (Mailchimp, Square, Google and Cloudflare) that carry out those jobs for us. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
Asking us to remove your information
Email info@mnleatherpride.org and tell us what you’d like removed or changed. We’ll take care of it.
