Community Safety & Inclusivity Survey

We Want to Hear From You

Minnesota Leather Pride is dedicated to creating a community that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming for all. To support this goal, we have launched the Community Safety & Inclusivity Survey and would like your input.

This survey gives everyone in our community a chance to share their experiences, thoughts, and ideas. Your feedback will help us see what’s working, where there are challenges, and how Minnesota Leather Pride can keep growing to support and respect everyone.

Who Should Take This Survey?

Anyone in our community.

Whether you are very involved, come to events now and then, or just feel connected to the Minnesota leather, kink, BDSM, queer, trans, or allied communities, your voice matters.

Why Participate?

Your answers will help guide future decisions about community safety, inclusivity, event planning, education, and communication. We want to listen, learn, and be accountable to everyone we serve.

How Long Will the Survey Be Open?

The survey will remain open until March 1.

Privacy Note

All responses are anonymous and confidential. We do not collect any identifying information, and we will review answers together to help guide improvements for the community.

What Happens Next?

After the survey ends, Minnesota Leather Pride will look at the responses and share a summary of the main ideas and next steps with everyone. Your feedback will help shape future plans and help us keep building a community based on respect, accountability, and inclusion.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences. Your participation helps make Minnesota Leather Pride stronger and more responsive to the needs of our community.
